If you would like to have some frequently used tools at your fingertips while using Microsoft Office applications, try these tips:

Customize the Quick Access Toolbar

Located in the top left corner of the program window, next to the Office Button, you will find the Quick Access Toolbar.
By default there are three buttons on this toolbar, but you can add more.
Just click the down arrow at the end of the Quick Access Toolbar and select any of the the commands you need at you fingertips.
The new commands will now appear in your list of Quick Access Tools!
